Happy spring, everyone! As the seasons change and warmer weather approaches, we wanted to share a quick update on the improvements currently taking place at our front entrance.
You may have noticed work underway in the grassy area near the fence line. We are extending the irrigation system to address an ongoing issue that tends to show itself once temperatures rise. In past summers, this area has struggled to stay green and healthy, and our goal—just like last year—is to keep the entrance looking welcoming, well‑maintained, and something we can all be proud of.
The extended irrigation system will ensure consistent watering, helping the grass establish properly and remain lush throughout the spring and summer months. These improvements are an important step in maintaining the overall appearance of the property and enhancing curb appeal for residents and visitors alike.
We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our property owners Brian, Debbie, Cathy, and Dave who generously made this project possible. Their contribution covers the labor for the installation, leaving only the cost of materials to be absorbed. Their continued support and commitment to the property truly make a difference.
